FLORAL DESIGN
“Autumn is a second spring when every leaf is a flower. ” – Albert Camus
Class 1: Floral Duets – Create one design using only the floral, fauna, and accessories provided. Teams of 2 members each – one member and one novice member – will be chosen at random. Designers will have 2 hours to complete a design at the Riverhouse. Exhibits will be staged on the Riverhouse’s 42” high wooden bar with lip. A 26” high white cloth backdrop and a staging space of 24” width x 18” depth are provided to each team. Viewed and judged from three sides. *(10) Regular Members & (10) Novice Members
“Top Chef” Team Challenge: 7 teams total of 3-4 members per, had 1.5-2 hours to complete a design using only the grocery store flowers and foraged material they were given.
